Guest Registration & Digital Waivers

Guest registration extension that sends every arriving guest a branded pre-arrival link, collects the mandatory guest form fields (full name, date of birth, home address, drivers licence number for vehicle campers, arrival and departure dates, vehicle registration, dog details), captures digital liability waivers for pool, jumping pillow, waterslide, kayak and quad activities, and stores an audit-trail signature. The completed record is written back into the reservation in NewBook Cloud via the official API. Compliant with Australian Privacy Principles, Queensland tourism operator obligations and New Zealand consumer guarantees. Records are retained for the statutory period defined per activity, then automatically purged with an audit trail. Australian Privacy Act 1988 compliant end to end.
