1 August 2026 New module
- Launched the Housekeeping & Maintenance Mobile App. Native iOS and Android for housekeeping and grounds crews across every NewBook Cloud property in your portfolio.
- Added offline queueing for housekeepers working in cabins without Wi-Fi coverage.
15 July 2026 New feature
- GST + BAS Automated Reports: added a New Zealand GST 15% rate template with the correct GST-free treatment for long-term stays over 27 nights.
- Guest CRM: added a win-back campaign template. Triggered 90 days after the last NewBook Cloud stay. Configurable under Guest CRM → Templates.
1 July 2026 Compatibility
- All modules: updated for the NewBook Cloud API v4.2 authentication changes. Every existing API key connection remains valid — no key regeneration required.
- Multi-Property Central Dashboard: rate submission endpoint updated in line with NewBook Cloud API v4.2.
15 June 2026 Improvement
- Multi-Property Central Dashboard: pace report load time improved by 60% for portfolios with more than fifteen NewBook Cloud properties.
- Channel Manager Sync: added six new Australian and New Zealand holiday-park channel feeds. Check Distribution → Channels for the refreshed list.

- Launched the Point-of-Sale Integration for NewBook. Supports Kounta by Lightspeed, Impos, Vend, Square for Restaurants and any POS with an OpenAPI. Available in the shop from A$55/month.
15 May 2026 New feature
- Guest Registration & Digital Waivers: added an Australian drivers licence OCR to speed up desk check-in for domestic guests.
- Metasearch Bidding: the rate parity alert threshold is now configurable per accommodation-type pair rather than only at the global level.

- Launched the Metasearch Bidding module for NewBook Cloud properties. Available in the shop from A$69/month. Adds automated metasearch bidding on top of your NewBook Cloud rate calendar across Australian and Asia-Pacific meta surfaces.
